Chapter 1 - Here we are

I don’t like people who shout. Mario
Shouting gives me headaches.

I work in in a pet shop at the weekends.
The shop has rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice and rats.
I feed the animals and clean their cages.
The rats and mice are my favourites.
The shop has fish, turtles and salamanders.
The fish die easily.
Some people buy animals and don’t look after them.
My dream job is to rescue sick animals.

My best friend’s name is Leo.
Leo is kind to me. Leo makes me happy.
I wish I had a girlfriend
